1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using QuickCrew (operated by Florida Sound Man LLC), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

QuickCrew is a production crew dispatch platform that connects hirers with vetted local production professionals via SMS text messaging. Hirers post jobs, and QuickCrew sends job details via SMS to matching crew members in the area. Interested crew members reply YES (or accept via the job details link), and their contact information and profile are sent to the hirer. The hirer then reaches out directly to the crew member. Up to 5 crew members may be connected per dispatch.

3. SMS Terms and Conditions

By registering as a crew member or posting a job on QuickCrew, you agree to the following SMS terms:

• Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and registering for QuickCrew, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages from QuickCrew related to job dispatch, connection notifications, and service updates. This consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Crew members may receive up to 10 messages per week. Hirers may receive up to 5 messages per job posted.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any QuickCrew message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may opt back in by replying START.
• Help: For assistance with SMS messages, reply HELP to any QuickCrew message or email support@quickcrew.tv.
• Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. QuickCrew is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier networks.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. QuickCrew is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier filtering, network issues, or device settings.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, including a valid mobile phone number for SMS communications.

5. Dispatch Fees

Hirers pay a one-time dispatch fee per job posting. This fee covers the SMS dispatch to matching crew members in the selected area. Dispatch fees are non-refundable once the SMS dispatch has been sent. There are no subscriptions or monthly fees.

6. Crew Responsibilities

Crew members are independent contractors, not employees of QuickCrew or Florida Sound Man LLC. QuickCrew serves as a dispatch platform only and is not a party to any agreement between hirers and crew members. Crew members are responsible for negotiating their own rates, terms, and conditions with hirers.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use QuickCrew to post fraudulent job listings, spam crew members, collect personal information for purposes unrelated to legitimate production work, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuickCrew is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of our Service, including SMS delivery. We do not guarantee that any job posting will result in a crew member connection.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Florida Sound Man LLC, QuickCrew, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

10. Modifications

QuickCrew may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
