3. SMS/Text Message Communication

QuickCrew uses SMS text messages as a core part of our crew dispatch service. By registering as a crew member on QuickCrew, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from QuickCrew at the mobile phone number you provide. These messages include:

• Job opportunity alerts matching your roles and location
• Confirmation when you express interest in a job
• Notification that your info has been shared with the hirer

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on job availability in your area. You may receive up to 10 messages per week during busy periods, though typically fewer.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from QuickCrew. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may opt back in at any time by replying START or by updating your preferences in your crew dashboard.

Hirer SMS: If you post a job on QuickCrew and provide a phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications when a crew member accepts your job posting. You may receive up to 5 messages per job posted.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Match crew members with relevant job opportunities based on role, location, and availability
• Send SMS notifications about matching jobs
• Share crew contact info and profile with hirers when crew express interest in a job (up to 5 per dispatch)
• Process payments for dispatch services
• Improve and maintain our Service
• Communicate with you about your account and our Service

5. Information Sharing

We share your personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Crew-Hirer Connections: When a crew member expresses interest in a job (by replying YES or accepting via the job link), their name, phone number, and profile link are shared with the hirer so the hirer can reach out directly. The hirer's contact information is not shared with crew members — the hirer initiates contact. Up to 5 crew members may be connected per job dispatch.
• Service Providers: We use third-party services including Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), and Supabase (data storage) to operate our Service.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your phone number or personal data for marketing purposes unrelated to QuickCrew.

6. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@quickcrew.tv. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request, except where we are required to retain it by law.
